I work with photoshop almost everyday, and i never use any plug-ins or other add on softwares to support my photoshop work. Until yesterday i found an interesting result of AKVIS Sketch. It's great. It's simply convert image to a pencil sketch and or watercolor drawing effect, but it's resulting better detail than photoshop can reach.
