This is a quick trix 2 create tooltip at Director
1-prepare button and field to display tooltip text
2-open library panel
3-choose "control" menu
4-drag "dislay text" to previously created field, and choose option "tooltip"
5-drag "tooltip" the button
6-enter ur setting on dialog panel "parameter for tooltip"
7-done
